 We'd really like for you to try and get here, but if you can't fly around this stuff we'd rather you reschedule than make a smoking hole.

| | The class size is limited.
We are often fully booked more than 30 days before the class begins.
Therefore:
1) Notify us of the cancellation more than 30 days before class begins: full refund.
2) Notify us less than 30 days but more than 14 days before class begins: no refund, but we will apply your tuition to the next available class vacancy. If you don't make the second class, there is no further refund.
3) Notify us less than 14 days before the class begins: -- no refund. However, if we still fill the class with stand-bys or late sign-ups, we will, of course, apply your full tuition to the next available future course date.
Last minute weather cancellations:
Legitimate weather problems--ice or unavoidable thunderstorms, for example--we will apply your full tuition to the first available future course date.
