Cancellation Policy

The class size is limited, and we need to plan ahead for room size, catering, etc.

We are often fully booked more than 30 days before the class begins.

Therefore:

  1. Notify us of the cancellation more than 30 days before class begins for a full refund.

  2. Notify us less than 30 days before: No refund, but you may attend another APS seminar any time within one year.
